Breakfast hash! Potato peppers, garlic, eggplant, tofu, Cremini mushrooms, tamari, spices, fresh parsley and a sliced Roma tomato.
Many grocery stores in Sweden has started to have salad bars, at least during the lunch hours. This is what we bought when traveling by car to Östersund.
