Hey guys! I know I haven’t posted in a long time, but I’m toying with a neat idea for the future and I have a tiny little survey for you!
1. What are 3 non-vegan foods (meals, single items, whatever) you would love to see “veganized” more often?
2. Are you a fan of seitan? Why or why not?
3. Does the idea of vegan “junk food” once in awhile appeal to you (ie: vegan fried “chicken”, vegan “mozza sticks”, loaded french fries, or are you more of a health-food vegan?

I just landed a full-time job at a vegetarian deli/health food store! They specialize in vegan and gluten-free foods as well, and everything is 100% vegetarian. I’m also going to a vegan, gluten-free cooking class on Monday. I’ll let you guys know how it goes. I’m excited!
