I just landed a full-time job at a vegetarian deli/health food store! They specialize in vegan and gluten-free foods as well, and everything is 100% vegetarian. I’m also going to a vegan, gluten-free cooking class on Monday. I’ll let you guys know how it goes. I’m excited!
