good morning guys! Thanks for all your help yesterday! :) i Really enjoy my Trip but i have so bad headaches right after waking up that it’s hard for me to even get out of the bed :(
The serving size on a package of hummus reads “2 TBSP”. That always makes me LOL. I eat 2 tbsp of hummus as the appetizer before I actually start eating hummus for real. Make some delicious homemade hummus with different creative flavorings to switch things up and eat till you feel satisfied. Listen to your body not the label.
-whole wheat tortilla with tofurky, tomato, red pepper, cucumber and hummus. 2 coffees with almond milk and stevia.
-banana, some almonds.
-miso soup, garden salad with ginger dressing, spicy vegetable tempura roll, sweet potato/avocado tempura roll. Half a slice of cheesecake and half a chocolate spring roll.
-3 bud light limes
-brown rice with earth balance, vegan italian sausage, slice of tomato, slice of whole wheat bread with earth balance.
exercise: walked around an arts festival for an hour and a half?
I am still a little too indulgent. more vegetables, less desserts and beer. more exercise!!
Vegan taco bowl: brown rice cooked in vegetable stock mixed with black beans, shredded butter lettuce, fresh corn, chopped tomatoes, sliced avocado, salsa baked tofu, hummus, and organic blue corn tortilla chips.

b: hemp granola with a banana and almond milk. coffee with stevia and almond milk.

d: brown rice w/tamari and vegan margarine, grilled tofu, steamed carrots, a bit of marinated mushrooms.

ugh chips. i’m tired as balls and i am in a crap mood and bleh.
Back pain this morning was mild.
B: Amy’s organic breakfast burrito. Coffee with agave and almond milk.
L: Marinated mushrooms and some cottage cheese.
D: Stir-fried broccoli, cauliflower, red onion, mushrooms, zucchini„ bean sprouts and tofu with sesame seeds, tamari and sesame oil. Small serving of brown rice with vegan margarine.
S: Can of Molson Canadian (it was free, lol), some cherries, 1/2 cup hemp granola with blueberries and almond milk. Vanilla earl grey tea with stevia and almond milk.
Exercise: Walked to the park - 10 mins, going to do 20 mins hula hooping and 20 mins stretching.
Feeling pretty good about today. Could have done without the beer and granola but at least I ate a lot of fruit. I was pretty happy all day and saw a lot of friends. Going to watch some Harry Potter with my tea and then get hula hooping during that. Went down to watch my friends play soccer, next week I’ll participate.
