On my stove right now. Split peas, barley, water, garlic, onion, potatoes, carrots, celery, parsley, thyme, basil, salt and pepper. I forgot about the bay leaf so it’s not in there.

It smells amazing and I only spent around $6 total. That is my largest pot and it’s pretty much full. There is going to be A LOT of soup leftover!
