Marinated & grilled portabello mushroom burger on organic sprouted whole grain bun with organic vegan mayonnaise, grilled eggplant, tomato, red onion, spinach and organic ketchup. Marinated & grilled red pepper, zucchini and eggplant on the side. This was all kinds of delicious. My marinade consisted of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, fresh garlic and montreal steak spice.
